with the sole focus on the abdominals + low back, our addition of TRX, bands, balls, + dumbbells will create a stronger midsection all over.

an outdoor workout unlike any other. for power we'll use a variety of equipment, such as tires, ropes, sleds. for the added agility we'll mix in unique forms of cardio for a well-rounded workout.

ROOKIE

a youth oriented fitness program, utilizing exercise + games to keep the energy up + the body moving.
